The Review of LeapFive Technology’s 2022 Mid-year Team Building Activities
On July 8th and 9th, 2022, LeapFive Technology held the 2022 mid-year team building activities with the theme of “Be Positive, Work Hard.”
This team building is the first time that employees from Shenzhen, Xi’an, Beijing, and Shunde have gathered at the Shunde headquarters. Everyone joked that this was a “large netizens meetup”, which felt both familiar and unfamiliar. Everyone will say: ah, finally meet you.
Part 1. Basketball warm-up match
The first basketball fun game of LeapFive Technology was held in the afternoon of July 8. The competition was divided into three teams, Shenzhen, Xi’an and Shunde.
The competition was divided into 5 items: fun shooting, dribble relay drill, 3-point shootout, logo shot, and 3V3 basketball. The winners of each activity would have corresponding points, and finally the winning teams were ranked through the total points. Through 5 rounds of competition, the Shunde team finally won the championship and received a generous prize.
Through this fun basketball game, everyone’s feelings warmed up rapidly, which made our subsequent activities and work more harmonious, and enhanced team cohesion and collaboration.

Part 2. The formal event
July 9, 2022
At 8:40 am, Dr. Aglaia Kong, CEO & CTO of LeapFive Technology, briefly introduced the company’s situation to the employees in the Shunde exhibition hall and showed the company’s promotional video. She said that with the support of the Shunde government and the strong help of investors, the company has grown from 7 people to a team of more than 160 people, from the initial idea to the present 12nm RISC-V 4-core 64-bit NB2 chip, every step is not easy, Dr. Kong expressed great gratitude.

The 2022 mid-year meeting of LeapFive Technology officially started.
At the beginning of the meeting, the heads of each department briefly introduced the work arrangement for the first half of the year, made a summary of the work of the department, and showed the various tasks completed by the department, pointed out the deficiencies in the work of the department, and made improvements plan, to ensure that the work in the second half of the year is carried out in an orderly manner.

The meeting also invited a mystery guest to speak, who is one of the founders of LeapFive Technology, Mr. Liang Huiqiang, President of Whirlpool (China) Co., Ltd. He admitted that he did not expect the team to develop so rapidly, the number of employees in the group grew from two rows to now, which has almost filled the lecture hall.
At the end of the meeting, Dr. Aglaia Kong summarized and looks-forward to this mid-year meeting. She hoped that the sales in the second half of the year would reach a new level; secondly, the company’s products should always be developed around carbon neutrality and blockchain. The 37C。temperature could not resist the enthusiasm of “netizens”, we came to the landmark of Shunde, which is Shunfeng Mountain Park. After a round of simple ice-breaker game, more than 80 colleagues quickly divided into 6 teams to start a new round of game competition. This event introduced the elements of Journey to the West, with the help of advanced Internet technology, through online operation + offline experience, and AR virtual + reality technology, to restore the challenges of Journey to the West, giving the team an immersive experience.

Part 3. Flavorful origins – Shunde Cuisine
