Starting from 2021, Shunde, Foshan will encourage enterprises to increase their R&D investment, help them establish technology brands, and select products with outstanding innovation capabilities, advanced technology, reliable quality, and good market prospects to stimulate the innovation consciousness of enterprises. After expert evaluation, public announcement, and objection review, it was determined to public the list of high-tech products in 2022.

LeapFive Technology is committed to the design and development of RISC-V SoC chips with independent intellectual property rights, aiming to help China’s industrial intelligence and ensure the security of the industrial chain and supply chain. NB2 is a RISC-V SoC chip, which independently developed by LeapFive Technology for high-end industrial applications. LeapFive was established in 2020, which is a high-tech company focusing on the research and development of SoC Chip products based on the main instruction set of RISC-V. LeapFive is initiated by Dr. Aglaia Kong, the former Google CTO, and the start-up management and R&D team mainly come from well-known companies such as Google, Intel, Samsung, Huawei, ZTE, and Fiberhome. The company primarily provides full-stack basic intelligent software services from operation systems to cloud platforms for the industrial Internet of Things, security, and other industrial areas; furthermore, aims to empower the innovative applications of China’s digital economy by integrating technologies such as artificial intelligence, industrial Internet of Things, and blockchains.
Shunde High-tech Enterprise Association was established in 2006, which is a non-profit social organization approved by the government, voluntarily initiated by Shunde high-tech enterprises and other units, and registered in accordance with the law. The Association is one of the most influential social groups in the Pearl River Delta region, serving the development of high-tech enterprises in the region, promoting the cluster, and connecting to various innovative resources and elements with the strategy of “science and technology services, financial services and talent services”. The association serves more than 5,000 enterprises annually, covering 2,860 high-tech enterprises in the region, and the economic contribution of the group is outstanding. The Association has 950 member enterprises, mainly composed of leading high-tech enterprises with leading technologies, covering high-tech transformation of traditional industries, electronic information, new energy and energy-saving technologies, new materials, and other high-tech industries.
